MP ELASTIC-SEALANT is a water-resistant coatings that defends against water penetration and minimizes air flow reducing the risk of condensation caused by air-leaks, used beneath wall systems to protect sheathing or concrete substrates from incidental water intrusion. Applied by brush, short nap roller, or spay to vertical above-grade wall sheathing, above grade and below grade concrete masonry surfaces. MP Marble Stucco Finish Coats can be applied directly to MP Elastic Sealant to ensure double the waterproof protection.

MP Elastic membrane paint fills pinholes and imperfections, MP ARCHITECTURAL Marble Stucco Finish Coats can be applied directly to MP Elastic Membrane Paint once cured. This will ensure double the Waterproof Protection.

FRACTURE FLEX - 500
FRACTURE FLEX-500 is a ready to use single component mold resistant crack-isolation membrane. Fracture Flex 500 provides a uniform surface with excellent elongation to prevent in plane cracks up to 3/8” from substrate to finished ceramic, porcelain, or stone tile. For residential and commercial application; interior or exterior use. Can be used alone as coating to waterproof and protect from hairline cracks. A 2.5-ounce high performance spun laced polyester fabric is recommended for best Anti-fracture results.
